Can I call my doctor during surgery hours?

How do I get repeat prescriptions or referrals?

What should I do if I have feedback or a complaint?

We encourage patients to address any concerns or suggestions directly with our practice. Please contact reception at (02) 6372 8100 and ask to speak to our practice manager, Colleen. If you prefer, you can also reach out to the Health Care Complaints Commission at Locked Bag 18, Strawberry Hills NSW 2012, call (02) 9219 7444, or visit their website at www.hccc.nsw.gov.au.

What are the consultation fees?
