Online appointment bookings
There are a limited number of appointments available to book on-line. These are for a standard 10 minute consultations only. Please phone our Reception staff on 6372 8100 to book other appointments. You cannot make an on-line booking for Dr Tony Egan, Dr Edward Lee, Dr Peter Roberts, Dr Michael Lees, Dr Geoffrey Bennett, Dr Elizabeth Kennedy or Dr Craig Hearn.

Mudgee Medical Centre remains open to care for our patients.

Wearing a mask is highly recommended in Mudgee Medical Centre.

All patients with any type of contagious disease or respiratory symptom MUST wear a mask and physically distance from others in the waiting room

- If you have tested positive to COVID less than 5 days ago
Our best defence against the virus that causes COVID19 is to prevent its spread. Important steps to help this include:
- social distancing
- regular hand washing
- wearing a mask
- avoiding touching your face

We encourage everyone to STAY AT HOME except for essential activities. In order to assist with this, we are offering telephone consultations. Your doctor will call you at the time of your consultation on the number you have provided.

If you have a fever, cold or flu symptoms please CALL AHEAD and advise our reception staff so appropriate arrangements can be made.

If you do need to visit the medical centre you are required to clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer before entering the premises. Please stay at least 1.5m from other people. You may be asked to wait in your car to minimise your time spent in the medical centre.

We are not able to provide COVID19 testing or clearances for work.

Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.               
Saturday morning 9.00am to 12.00 midday (emergency on the day appointments only - no booked appointments)

Bulk billing is not available on a Saturday morning, all patients will be charged a private fee for their consultation.

Email Policy
Email is not a secure messaging system and emailing private clinical information is in breach of the Privacy Act and the Policies and Procedures of Mudgee Medical Centre.
Therefore patients, service providers and organisations should never email any clinical information to our doctors or staff. All clinical information should be sent by fax or a secure messaging system such as Argus or Healthlink.
It should be noted that our doctors do not respond to emails sent from patients. Patients should always phone our reception staff on 63728100 and make an appointment or leave a message for the doctor to phone them if they wish to discuss any medical issues.  

About Mudgee Medical Centre
Mudgee Medical Centre is a state of the art purpose built complex that opened its doors on 21st June 2010 and the new extension opened on 20th June 2016. It has been built by the doctors to cater for the current and future needs of the community with the intention of attracting more doctors and specialists to the area. The complex has the convenience of the doctor’s surgery, Pharmacy, Radiology, Pathology, Coffee Shop, Visiting Specialists & Allied Health all under the one roof. Some of the features of the complex are: 17 consultation rooms, a large nurse’s room, 2 treatment/minor procedures rooms, a nurse’s utility room, a teleconferencing room, 6 visiting specialist consultation rooms with a separate reception area, all consultation rooms have electric examination beds, a children’s play area including a wall activity scene and TV, an education room for medical students, a private study room for medical students, beautiful views from the waiting room and doctor’s rooms, a unique glass feature wall, breast feeding area, on-site parking and close proximity to the Mudgee Hospital.
